Retirement Communities in Las Vegas, Nevada. Las Vegas is one of the top retirement destinations in the country. The National Association of Homebuilders recently predicted that within ten years, Las Vegas could become the number one retirement destination in the country. To keep up with the influx of retirees there are many great 55+ active adult retirement communities here in Las Vegas.

 

Most of the active retirement communities are spread around the outer edge of Las Vegas and its surrounding suburbs such as Henderson, North Las Vegas and even as far as Mesquite.

 

For retirees who want an age-restricted retirement community in Las Vegas, the choices are endless. In fact, there are over 25,000 homes in 55 and over age-restricted communities in Las Vegas.

 

Homebuyers who want a Las Vegas active adult community are not limited to Del Webb. Henderson has 7 retirement communities, Las Vegas has 11 retirement communities and North Las Vegas has 2 retirement communities. A total of 20 retirement communities in the Las Vegas Valley.

 

Henderson Retirement Communities

Cordera Ranch

Codera Ranch is a gated age restricted community offered by Freedom Homes, a D.R. Horton company and they opened sales in March of 2018 and are all built-out. Home price ranges are in the High $300’s to Mid $400’s. There are 74 homes in Cordera Ranch, all of which are resale only.

 

Heritage at Cadence

Heritage at Cadence is currently being built and is developed by Lennar. Home price ranges are in the Low $300’s to Mid $400’s. There are 980 homes in Heritage, all of which are new construction only.

 

Solera at Anthem – Henderson

Solera at Anthem was developed by Del Web and built by Pulte from 2003-2009. Home price ranges are in the Low $200’s to Mid $300’s. There are 1,882 homes in Solera at Anthem, all of which are resale only.

 

Sun City Anthem – Henderson

Sun City Anthem was developed by Del Webb between 1998 and 2008. Home price ranges are in the Low $200’s to Low $1m. There are 7,144 homes in Sun City Anthem, all of which are resale only.

 

Sun City MacDonald Ranch – Henderson

Sun City MacDonald Ranch was developed by Del Webb between 1996-2001. Home price ranges are in the Low $200’s to Low $500’s. There are 2,513 homes in Sun City MacDonald Ranch, all of which are resale only.

 

Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas – Henderson

Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas by Pulte Homes is currently under construction. Home price ranges are in the Low $400’s. There are 464 homes in Lake Las Vegas, all of which are new construction only.

 

North Las Vegas Retirement Communities

Ardiente

Ardiente is a gated community and was built by Centex homes between 2005-2007. Home price ranges are in the High $200’s to Low $400’s. There are 788 homes in Ardiente, all of which are resale only.

 

Sun City Aliante – North Las Vegas

Sun City Aliante was developed by Del Webb between 2003-2008. Home price ranges are in the Low $200’s to High $300’s. There are 2,028 homes in Sun City Aliante, all of which are resale only.

 

Del Webb at North Ranch – North Las Vegas

Del Webb at North Ranch by Pulte Homes is currently under construction. This brand new 55+ community will offer homebuyers a traditional set of amenities as well as a variety of floor plans. Home price ranges are in the Low $400’s. All homes in this community are new construction only.
