The Paseos Overview

Situated along the western edge of Summerlin, the Paseos Village spans over 760 acres overlooking the Red Rock Canyon and Spring Mountain Range. Dozens of different neighborhoods offer everything from starter homes, semi-custom and custom designs, to large estates. The Paseos Park is a popular recreational area that will keep kids of all ages busy and active.

The Paseos borders Red Rock National Park, and features a huge paseo trail system that runs the entire length of the village.  This is one of Summerlin's newer communities and has new construction homes.  The Paseos has a fantastic park with soccer, t-ball, water play area, picnic pavilions and more.  The Paseos is made up of primarily of single-family homes but does have a townhome community as well called Calavera.

The Paseos Park in the center of the village, features 12.5 acres with junior soccer/tee-ball fields, sand volleyball court, lit basketball courts, tot lot, playground, picnic pavilions, interactive water play area, motorized toy area, and open grass areas. This is a popular recreational area that will keep the kids busy for hours.

Fox Hill Park

Fox Hill Park is located at 231 Antelope Ridge Drive, 89138

The 18-acre “adventure play-themed” park in the Paseos Village, offers 20 play structures, including a 32-foot climbing tower, a zip line, a giant climbing structure called the Orange Beast, a 18-hole disc golf course, custom swings, a climbing fort and a spinning machine.

Nearby, in the Arbors you'll find Arbors Paseo Park, Sports Park with Olympic-size pool and sports fields, Tennis and Play Park with five lighted tennis courts, and a special toddler play area complete with tricycle track.

The Red Rock Conservation Area offers hiking, biking, and camping opportunities.

Golf

There are several neighboring golf courses easily accessed by residents in Paseos Village including Arroyo Golf Club and Red Rock Country Club.
