What are the top 10 Parks in Summerlin?

Summerlin is known for its expansive outdoor recreational amenities, including over a 200-mile Summerlin Trail System and dozens of parks that feature basketball, tennis and volleyball courts; baseball, football and soccer fields; pools; playground areas – and more!  When it comes to parks and amenities, Summerlin is in a league of its own.

 

1. Arbors Tennis & Play Park

Located at 610 Sageberry Drive, 89144 in the Arbors Village. This park has five outdoor lighted tennis courts and a pro shop, the Arbors Tennis and Play Park is the home of Summerlin’s youth and adult tennis program. The park also features a unique custom-built tricycle tract for toddlers set within “Arborville,” picnic pavilion, lighted basketball court and open play areas.

 

2. Fox Hill Park

Located at 215 Antelope Ridge Drive, 89138 in the Paseo Village. This park is a 18-acre “adventure play-themed” park in the Paseos Village, offers 20 play structures, including a 32-foot climbing tower, a zip line, a giant climbing structure called the Orange Beast, a disc golf course, custom swings, a climbing fort and a spinning machine,

 

3. Gardens Park 

Located at 10401 Garden Park Drive, 89135 in the Gardens Village. This park has a multi-sports facility, the Gardens Park is an 18-acre park that features lighted basketball courts, two lighted tennis courts, sand volleyball court, lighted bocce, horseshoe and shuffleboard courts, children’s play area, large open festival lawn area and picnic pavilions. Also located in the park is the Gardens Community Center that hosts a variety of classes and programs for residents.

 

4. Mesa Park

Located at 5401 Mesa Park Drive, 89135 in the Mesa Village.This 19-acre park features large open play areas, two lighted tennis courts, three little league baseball fields, a basketball court, tot lot and covered picnic ramadas.

 

5. Oak Leaf Park

Located 6303 Mesa Park Drive, 89135 in the Cliffs Village. Spanning more than five acres Oak Leaf Park boasts four pickleball courts, two shaded playgrounds, climbing tower, central lawn and open play area, shaded picnic pavilions and even a demonstration garden.

 

6. Paseos Park

Located at 12122 Desert Moon, 89138 in the Paseos Village. This 12-acre community park includes junior soccer/T-ball fields, basketball court, sand volleyball court, an interactive water play area, picnic pavilions and open turf areas. The park is located at the center of The Paseos village and can be reached by a linear park that traverses the village from north to south.

 

7. The Pueblo Park

Located at 7663 Lake Mead Blvd., 89128 in the Pueblo Village. The Pueblo Park is a 60-plus-acre linear park that features a desert interpretive garden, two children’s play areas, eight-foot-wide multi-use path, four-foot wide jogging path, natural areas, basketball court, open play areas and an exercise station area.

 

8. The Trails Park and Pool

Located at 9550 Trails Center Drive, 89134 in the Trails Village. The Trails Park is a nearly 15-acre park that features a lighted baseball field, two lighted softball fields, a concession building, a swimming pool with bathhouse, wading pool, children’s play area, meadow area, basketball court, picnic tables and the Trails Community Center.

 

9. The Willows Park and Pool

Located at 2775 Desert Marigold Lane, 89135 in the Willows Village.  The Willows Park is a multi-sports facility, that features lighted fields, a lighted basketball court and a children’s play structure, as well as a linear park which meanders through the village and includes a children’s play area and trail. Four over-sized story book sculptures from Aesop’s Fables- “The Lion and The Mouse” and “The Tortoise and The Hare” – line the 4.6-acre park’s walkways. The 12.7-acre park is also home to a resident-only swimming pool that features a beach -style entrance, two water slides and a fountain, as well as The Willows Community Center that hosts a variety of classes and programs for residents.

 

10. Vistas Park and Pool

Located at 11311 Alta Drive, 89138 in the Vistas Village.The Vistas Park is a 24-acre park home to Summerlin’s first lighted football field, lighted softball fields with concession building, lighted tennis and basketball courts, a group picnic pavilion and children’s play areas. A community center and swimming pool are also amenities in this park.
